Terms and Conditions of Service
• Course Fees: All course fees are listed on the Website and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancell the class in the event you fail to pay the fees in full before the lesson or the first lesson of the block of 5.
• Payment: Payments for courses must be made in full at the time of enrollment through the payment methods specified on the Website.
• Student Cancellations: If you need to cancel an enrolled course or scheduled session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you choose to cancel a block, you will be refunded the equivalent value of the remaining lessons in your package, minus a 20 % admin fee. ◦ Cancellations made within the specified notice period may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, as determined by us. ◦ Cancellations made outside the notice period or "no-shows" will not be eligible for a refund.
• Instructor Cancellations: In the rare event that the instructor needs to cancel a session, you will be offered the option to reschedule the session or receive a full refund for that specific session.
• Respectful Environment: We are committed to providing a positive and respectful learning environment. Users are expected to interact respectfully with the instructor and, if applicable, other students.
• Technical Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary internet access, equipment, and software to participate in online courses. We are not responsible for technical issues arising from your equipment or internet connection.
The Website and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
